Beckenham 2nd Xl 233 for 8, Old Wilsonians 2nd X1 166

Some steady batting from Fraser Whiteland (370< Stevie Santhiapillai (32) Jack McCrossan (64) and Tom Cullen (48) saw Beckenham on 206 for 2 at the end of the 44th over and in a perfect position to launch an assault on the Old Wilsonian bowling and thereby put them out of sigh, t but they then contrived to lose six wickets for 29 runs, thereby enabling the OWs to achieve the points they needed to maintain their Division Two status and also the chance of their seventh victory of the season
Ed Castle, 3 for 8, was the main beneficiary of Beckenham's collapse whilst Elliot Bettridge picked up two wickets in his second spell
The visitor's innings was a complete contrast to that of their hosts as a rampant Beckenham reduced them to 22 for 3. and although Syd Sherlock (27), Louis Pryor (54), Dan Seston (14) and Elliot Bettridge (20) did their best to repair the damage, Beckenham were not to be denied and the tenth wicket fell to the last ball of the 42nd over, Shjib Ali finishing with 5 for 45 and Jason Bilmoria 3 for 32
Sadly this victory has come too late to preserve Beckenham's Division Two status, but it will give them heart to make a swift return after the 2026 season

Catford Wanderers 2nd Xl 157 for 8, Old Wilsonians 2nd Xl 161 for 5

A dis-jointed score-card - Kris Karman (62) and Aveil Rajoo (61 n.o), the latter batting at No.9 with Extras (13) being the next best scorer - saw Catford Wanderers finish on 157 for 8, Steve Blunt, 3 for 10, and Joe Jukes, 2 for 32, posing the main bowling threat for Old Wilsonians
Siva Rajan (38), Steve Blunt (35), Ali Hasan Butt (22), Harley Tucker (25 n.o) and Josh Frampton (14 n.o) then saw the OWs home to a comfortable 5 wicket victory

Old Colfeians  4th  Xl   178  for    8,  Old  Wilsonians  3rd   Xl   131

At 27 for 3 Old Colfeians were in need of salvation and, in Markus Conneely (36), Dean Stevens (23), Gareth Fitzgerlad (28) and Jack Woods (44) they found the saviours they were looking for to finish on 178 for 8, with Ishaan Shankar and Teddy Burnett both taking two wickets for  OWs
The latter's reply started well enough, thanks to Barrie Frampton (21) and Shankar Balakrishnan (33), with Jason James (19) also batting with purpose, but they did not receive the support they needed and fell to a 47 run defeat, Paveen Dhinwa finishing with 3 for 27 for Colfes

Blackheath 7th Xl 168, Old Wilsonians 4th Xl 171 for 5

Old Wilsonians ended their 2025 season with a comfortable five wicket victory over Blackheath.
Batting first the latter relied on Isaac Woods (54), John Copeland (22), Raviindu Fernando (23) and Paul Dillas (21) for the majority of their runs with Billy Hughes taking 3 for 28 for the OWs after Paul Jenkins, 2 for 26, had inflicted the initial damage
Old Wilsonians took just 31.2 overs to secure a five wicket victory, with Paul Matthews (24), Karim Mir (34) and Howard Abbett (36) all scoring well
