Old Wilsonians 4th Xl 117 for 9, Old Roan 3rd Xl 120 for 5

Having restricted Old Wilsonians to 117 for 9, Old Roan then also found runs difficult to come by although they may claim that they timed their innings to perfections as they achieved victory with 11 balls and five wickets to spare.
The OW innings never got going, with only Nathan Carpenter (18), Jason James (14), Oscar Rushton (12) and Neil Treacher (12) making it to the dizzy heights of double figures, thanks in the main to some tight and penetrative bowling from Ahmed Khan who finished with 4 for 14 from his six overs
But Khan was not finished yet as he then turned his attention to batting and scored a match winning 50, until Noah Doherty, who finished with 3 for 19, ended his fine innings
