Old Wilsonians 1st Xl 221 for 9 , Sevenoaks Vine 2nd Xl 225 for 7

At 128 for 1, Old Wilsonians looked well placed to post a defendable score, but they then lost their way somewhat and had to settle for a modest 221 for 9 from their 50 overs.
They were indebted to Velsen Devarajulu (28), Syd Sherlock (42) and Mahith Perera (72) for their early success but, in the end, it was the visiting bowlers, John Bowden, 3 for 35, Siddhant Shankar, 2 for 34, and Ben Harvey, 2 for 42, who were the happier.
Sevenoaks Vine then lost an early wicket but a stand of 117 between Angus Willis (61) and Tom Billings (79) put them back on track and although they then lost their way a bit in the middle order, Ben Harvey (22 n.o) saw them safely over the winning line, Shehan Sivaranjan and Andrew Pomering both picking up two wickets for the OWs

Roebucks 2nd Xl 324 for 4, Old Wilsonians 2nd Xl 178

A first wicket stand of 93 between Stephen Bailes (98) and James May (30) set the tone for the Roebucks innings, with Mayank Patel (46), Alastair Ramsey (57) and Oliver Blaney-Brown (51 n.o) also in fine form as the Old Wilsonian bowlers toiled manfully, but with little reward, in the searing hit
Unlike the hosts, the visitors got off to the worst possible start, losing a wicket with the third ball of their innings and apart from Josh Merchant (53), were not able to find others to make substantial contributions, despite the efforts of Siva Ranjan (20) and Ollie Willis (35 n.o) and were dismissed in just 37.1 overs, Satwinder Dhaliwal, 3 for 26, Shalinder Nagpal, 2 for 25 and Mayank Patel, 2 for 12, being the pick of the Roebucks bowlers

Old Wilsonians 3rd Xl 139 for 8, Dulwich 5th Xl 142 for 5

Bating first the Old Wilsonians score-card had a surreal look to it, four players contributing 114 runs, whilst the other six who made it to the crease could only manage 1 between them!
Josh Frampton (47 n.o), Nathan Carpenter (35), Max Ruskin (19) and Barrie Frampton (13) were the only batsmen to trouble the Dulwich bowlers - there were seven of of them - six of whom took at least one wicket, although Jonah Munday and Henry Kingston excelled themselves by taking two each,
The Dulwich openers, Anthony Joseph (34) and Edward Luker (55), gave them a solid start and they got home with overs to spare, Nathan Carpenter completing a good game, for him, by taking 2 for 18 with the ball to add to his 35 runs

Old Wilsonians 4th Xl 205 for 4, Ex-Blues 2nd Xl 162

Some positive batting from Kevin Carruthers (45), Jason James (41) and Howard Abbett (56 n.o) - plus 37 from the ever reliable Extras - enabled Old Wilsonians to exceed 200, and when Ex-Blues found themselves on 89 for 7, they seemed to be staring defeat in the face.
However, Nabil Butt (61) and Ganesh Ghube (32 n.o) had other ideas as they shared in an eighth wicket stand of 71, but even they could not compensate for the poor start as the hosts were bowled out in 30-3 overs, Lawrence Wilson finishing with 4 for 41 and Neil Treacher 3 for 2 for the OWs
